AnyJ Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AnyJ, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content Guidelines

Users are responsible for the content they post on AnyJ. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every post, comment, message, profile, community, event, business and campaign can be reported from its menu, and you can block any user. Reports are reviewed and we act on them, including removing content and suspending accounts, normally within 24 hours.

4. Vibes (Video Content)

By uploading vibes to our platform, you grant AnyJ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

5. Events and Ticketing

Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information and fulfillment of ticketed events. AnyJ acts as a platform and is not responsible for event cancellations or changes. Refund policies are determined by event organizers.

6. Business Directory

Business listings must be accurate and up-to-date. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their information, products, and services. AnyJ does not endorse any particular business and is not responsible for transactions between users and businesses.

When you place an order, your contract is with the seller. The seller sets prices, delivery charges and return terms and is responsible for fulfilling the order. Payment is made through our payment partners or, where the seller offers it, in cash on delivery.

7. Community Channels

Community channels must follow our community guidelines. Hate speech, harassment, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Moderators reserve the right to remove users who violate these rules.

8. Dating Feature

Users must be 18 years or older to use the dating feature. Users must represent themselves accurately. AnyJ is not responsible for offline meetings or interactions between users.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time by opening Settings on your device, tapping your Apple ID / Google Account, and selecting Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you will retain access until then. The price shown at purchase includes any applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

10. Privacy

Your use of AnyJ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

11. Intellectual Property

All AnyJ trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by AnyJ. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

AnyJ is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of AnyJ after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
