Delete your AnyJ account

You can permanently delete your AnyJ account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion applies to the AnyJ app on both Android and iOS.

Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the AnyJ app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You will be signed out immediately and your account is scheduled for deletion.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address registered to your account:

Email a deletion request

Send to support@anyj.app with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the email address registered to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before we process the request.

What happens to your data

  • Your profile is anonymized within 30 days of the deletion request.
  • Content and data associated with your account are deleted within 90 days.
  • We retain records we are legally required to keep (for example, payment and transaction records for tax and accounting purposes) for the period required by law.
  • Before deleting, you can export your data from Settings, then Privacy, in the app.
